MyRekall is a personal context tool for storing information about people, places, and things in your life. By using MyRekall, you agree to these terms.
MyRekall is currently in a private pilot. Access is by invitation only. We may limit, pause, or end access at any time during the pilot period. This is not a finished product, and we make no promises about uptime, data durability, or feature availability while we are still building it.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you share your device or account credentials, you are responsible for what happens as a result.
Everything you add to MyRekall belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your records, notes, or any other content you create. We store it to provide the service and for no other reason.
You agree not to use MyRekall to store or share content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful to others. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or to interfere with the service.
MyRekall is provided as-is, especially during the pilot phase. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or available at all times. Use it accordingly and keep your own copies of anything important.
To the extent permitted by law, MyRekall and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.
You can stop using MyRekall at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you violate these terms or if we decide to end the pilot. If we end your access, you can request a copy of your data by emailing us before the closure date.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
